ArcBridge did not begin as a holding company assembled on paper. It emerged from fifteen years of real products, markets, teams, partnerships and deployments. An operating technology compounder built over fifteen years.
ArcBridge in one page
ArcBridge Digital is a U.S.-registered technology and digital infrastructure company focused on building secure, scalable, and compliance-conscious platforms for the evolving digital economy.
We support businesses across fintech, digital assets, market intelligence, trading technology, gaming, Web3, and AI-powered digital ecosystems. Our work combines product strategy, platform architecture, security-first development, and regulatory awareness to help partners transform complex digital ideas into reliable, production-ready solutions. At ArcBridge Digital, we believe the next generation of digital platforms must be built with both innovation and responsibility. That means creating systems that are not only fast, flexible, and user-friendly, but also designed with stronger governance, transparency, and long-term operational reliability.

Organizational leadership
Four complementary operating disciplines. One accountable leadership team.

An award-winning entrepreneur in fintech, fiduciary services and technology-enabled gold mining, Dato’ Robin Yeong sees value before it becomes obvious; his honours include the 2019 SME & Entrepreneurs Business Award. At ArcBridge, he identifies the opening, sets the direction and assembles the people to build what comes next.

Johnson Toh is a cross-border operator with 15+ years spanning business strategy, project development, operations and market expansion, particularly across China and Taiwan. He is strongest where multiple partners, priorities and moving parts must become one executable plan. At ArcBridge, he builds the operating rhythm—aligning people, processes and delivery so opportunities become repeatable, scalable businesses.

Sara Yeong is an AI, automation and digital platform builder who turns business models into scalable systems. Her work spans TikTok Shop, cross-border e-commerce, AI-led transformation and digital platforms. A Chevening Scholar during the reign of Queen Elizabeth II, she holds a UK Master’s in New Media, specialising in coding, scripting and narratives writing. At ArcBridge, she builds the AI and automation infrastructure behind the company’s next generation of digital platforms.

Dr. AJ Minai is a boardroom AI and human-centred transformation advisor, 2× TEDx speaker and USA Today bestselling contributing author who has trained 3,000+ people worldwide. At ArcBridge, the founder of AJ Minai International and creator of The Human Algorithm gives opportunity strategic gravity—shaping positioning, partnerships and institutional conviction into prevailing enterprise value.
